The unpredictable terrain and Spartan Obstacles are masterfully designed to push you deep into your discomfort zone, and well past those self-imposed obstacles you once considered your limits. 13-15th of July 2018
The Spartan race 2018 brought The Heera Foundation team spirit to the forefront, made us challenge our perception of what we could achieve and motivated us to get to that finish line.
The Heera Foundation certainly did seize the day with a mindfulness approach and Chardi Kala positive mental attitude.
Thank you to everyone wo donated and continues to do so to our extremely worthwhile charity- raising awareness of Mental Health and Mindfulness within our community.

There’s nothing mediocre about this middle distance race. The Spartan Super offers the ideal blend between distance and speed. Offering racers a true athletic test. If you consider yourself a more seasoned athlete determined to push beyond excuses, you just might have the mettle for a Spartan Super. Serving up 24-29 Spartan Obstacles and 8-10 miles of rugged terrain, the Spartan Super spares no one. Developed as the second race in the Spartan Trifecta, the Super is where you prove to yourself you’ve got everything it takes to face the Beast.
8th of April 2018
The Heera Foundation’s very own admirable ‘Spartan Racer!
The Heera Foundation would like to announce that Sarbjit Bisla is undertaking his first Spartan Race of 2018 and all monies raised will go to our charity! Thank you Sarbjit for your support and inspiring stamina!
A note from Sarbjit himself:
‘On 8 April 2018, I will be taking part in my first Spartan Race of 2018 (race 1 of 4!). The race will take place at the St Clere Estate, Wrotham, Kent, covering a distance of 5-6 km but I am sure that it will feel a lot longer as it will have up to 25 obstacles along the way (there is a punishment set for each obstacle not completed!). The course itself involves many mud covered hills which may help explain why I have not been able to talk any of my family or friends into taking part! The race will take as long as I need to complete it and there are no shortcuts! I will be running for the Heera Foundation, a great cause aimed at raising awareness within our community of mental health services available and the importance of mindfulness and physical and emotional well being.’
As you are aware, The Heera Foundation believes that well-being is a priority for all! We admire Sarbjit’s determination, resilience and agility as he embarks upon this challenge on 8th April 2018. We wish him all the best! Good Luck and many thanks from The Heera Foundation Team.
